Just another poem from my 1980's English class.
Failure is just a detour,
Not the end of the road.
One more mountain to climb
To ease your heavy load.
If once you tried and failed,
Don’t stop there to cry.
Pick up your feet with a smile
Don’t wait to ponder why.
“It always happens to me,
No one else in the world!”
This thinking is wrong.
In fact, it’s absurd.
Go over, around, or straight through.
Tarry on to your next destination.
There’s something more to experience.
Don’t waste time to procrastination.
